Brendon Dustec Water Powered Dust & Odour Suppression Solution
The Dustec DT400 can be used with any powerwasher producing 100 to 250 Bar at flow rates from 12 to 25 Ltrs/min. The high pressure atomisation is delivered by a single nozzle to produce a controlled mixture of high pressure water and air flow to suit the individual site conditions.
An Environmentally friendly solution as approximately 60% of the water drives the fan to generate the air flow needed to help launch the fine water droplets into the atmosphere and it is then returned to the powerwasher to be recycled or pumped to waste ensuring a controlled amount of water is delivered for suppression.
The Brendon DT400 is a light weight mobile machine and can be used up to 75M away from the powerwasher making it ideal for the changing dust conditions on construction and demolition sites and without the need for electrical power supply.
The machine can be mounted to one of our Brendon BBW Bowserwashers offering the customer a truly versatile machine for cleaning and dust or odour suppression.
